1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClawSecurity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
ClawSecurity provides automated security scanning and remediation tools for software codebases. The Service is not a substitute for professional security audits, penetration testing, or expert security consultation.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
All scan results, findings, remediation patches, and reports are provided on an informational, best-effort basis. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing any output before applying it to your codebase or making security decisions based on it. ClawSecurity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any scan results or generated patches.
4. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. NO SCAN GUARANTEES DETECTION OF ALL VULNERABILITIES.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWSECURITY AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClawSecurity and its contributors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your application of any scan results, patches, or recommendations provided by the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) reviewing all scan findings and remediation patches before applying them; (b) maintaining backups of your codebase; (c) ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; (d) the security of your account credentials; and (e) all activity under your account.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
